Is located on the lower ground floor of Melbourne Central, at 290 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. We are on the same level as the Melbourne Central train station and Coles. The nearest entrance is on Lonsdale Street—just take the escalators down to lower ground.

  • Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available online via our website or at the admissions desk. Please note, all facilities are cashless. You can also purchase gift cards online.

  • Do I need to book in advance?

Booking in advance is recommended due to limited session availability.

  • Can I turn up and buy tickets?

Sessions may sell out quickly, especially on weekends and holidays. Pre-booking is advised, though tickets may be available at the admissions desk subject to availability.

  • Can I purchase an open ticket?

Tickets are sold for specific 15-minute time slots. Gift vouchers, however, allow you to choose a specific date and time later.

  • What do I do if I’m running late?

You have a 15-minute window to enter after your scheduled time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, please visit the Admissions desk, and we’ll try to accommodate you in the next available session, subject to availability.
