These Terms & Conditions apply to the Monopoly Dreams Melbourne Social Media Giveaway held in conjunction with National Play Monopoly Day.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Entry is open to all visitors who attend Monopoly Dreams Melbourne on National Play Monopoly Day.
1.2. Entrants must have a valid public account on Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book, or Facebook.
1.3. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to enter.
1.4. Employees of Monopoly Dreams Melbourne and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter, visitors must:

• Take a photo or video during their visit on National Play Monopoly Day;

• Post the content to Instagram, TikTok, Little Red Book, or Facebook;

• Tag @MonopolyDreamsMelbourne in the post;

• Follow Monopoly Dreams Melbourne on the same platform used for the post.

2.2. Each unique post counts as one (1) entry.
2.3. Posts must be publicly visible at the time of the draw to be valid.
2.4. Entries must be posted before 11:59pm AEST on the day of the event.

3. Prize

3.1. The prize is one (1) Monopoly Dreams Board Game, valued at $89.99 RRP.
3.2. Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection

4.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. The draw will take place within 5 business days following National Play Monopoly Day.
4.3. The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered through.
4.4. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

5. Prize Delivery

5.1. The winner must provide a valid Australian postal address for prize delivery.
5.2. Monopoly Dreams Melbourne will cover the cost of shipping within Australia.
5.3. Monopoly Dreams Melbourne is not responsible for delays caused by postage providers.

6. Use of Content

6.1. By entering, participants grant Monopoly Dreams Melbourne a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, or use their submitted content across social media, website, and marketing materials.
6.2. Entrants confirm that the content posted is their own and does not infringe any third-party rights.
