TERMS & CONDITIONS
- A minimum of 2 people is required per booking.
- The High Tea experience lasts 2 hours.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- High Tea does not include admission tickets to the attraction.
- Dietary modifications cannot be accommodated. Severe allergies must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, the café cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Changes to bookings (e.g., guest count, time) must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon full payment.
- Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced seating time. Please contact the café if running late.
- Special requests (e.g., celebrations, specific seating) should be noted at booking. While efforts will be made to accommodate, these cannot be guaranteed.
