    Click “BOOK NOW” on our website, then select “BUY TICKET”.
    Enter your gift card number under “Gift Voucher Redemption” as your payment method.
  • To buy tickets at the attraction:
    Show the barcode on your gift card to our friendly staff when you head to the Admissions Desk.
  • At our retail store:
    Show the gift voucher barcode at checkout when visiting the Retail Store.
  • At our café:
    Ordering via QR code? Enter your gift card number under “Gift Voucher Redemption”.
    Ordering at the counter? Show the barcode to our café team.

Terms and Conditions

  • Only gift cards purchased directly from Monopoly Dreams — either through our official website or in person at the attraction — are valid for use at the time of purchase or booking.
  • Gift cards bought through third-party sellers are not valid and will not be accepted for any bookings or purchases.
  • Gift cards can only be purchased at the Monopoly Dreams attraction.
  • Original gift voucher must be presented; no photocopies or screenshots accepted.
  • Valid for 36 months from purchase date.
  • Redeemable for admission tickets, retail store products, or café items at Monopoly Dreams Melbourne, subject to availability.
  • If the purchase exceeds gift card value, the balance must be paid.
  • Non-refundable, non-resellable, and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.
  • Lost, damaged, or defaced gift cards are not re-issued or replaced.
